Oh, that Percy

Here’s that guy Percival again.

If you’ve been reading the Rays In-Step With … you’ll know that Troy Percival is one of the funnier guys in the locker room, assigning nicknames and keeping things loose.

He responded to a joke told by rookie David Price that had Percival as the punchline by having giant decals of himself affixed to Price’s BMW.

The kid found the prank when he retuned from Legends Field on Saturday.

Price called it his “Troyota.”

Anyway, Percival retired the Reds in order in the fifth.

The closer has worked two perfect innings this spring.
