Rays take 7-6 lead into ninth

We are in the top of the ninth and the Rays hold a 7-6 lead.

John Rodriguez doubled home Reid Brignac and Chris Richard to tie the score at 6-6.
John Weber then doubled home Rodriguez.

Rays 7, Yankees 6.

Gary Glover will try to nail down the save for the Rays.

As usual, I have to head down to the field to grab Maddon after the game. I’ll be back to let you know how things turn out.

Oh, and Duncan said he was aiming for Aki’s glove, and that it was just an aggressive baseball play.

No one in the Rays clubhouse believes him.
